We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support our growth on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who lives in London as will be attending appointments set out by our telesales team. Has strong experience in B2B service sales (ideally cleaning or FM) Enjoys closing deals without the pressure of a full-time role Wants flexibility alongside attractive earning potential You will be working with warm opportunities generated by our telesales team, focusing on converting meetings into new business. Your Responsibilities Attend pre-booked meetings (virtual and on-site) in London Understand client requirements and identify opportunities Present our services in a clear, confident, and consultative way Prepare and follow up proposals Convert opportunities into signed contracts Provide feedback to improve our sales process What We’re Looking For Proven experience in B2B sales (cleaning/FM preferred) Strong communication and closing skills Professional, credible, and confident in client meetings Ability to manage your own time and workload Comfortable working on a part-time / flexible basis What We Offer Flexible working (2–3 days per week or agreed schedule) Pre-qualified appointments (no cold calling required) Competitive day rate Uncapped commission on deals closed Opportunity to grow with the business
