Your mission is simple: keep my calendar filled with qualified hiring managers and HR decision-makers who are actively looking for tech talent. You’ll tap whatever mix of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, cold email, or other prospecting tools you trust to identify, contact, and warm up new prospects. I’ll take over once the intro call is booked, so you can focus 100 % of your energy on creating a reliable pipeline rather than closing deals or managing accounts. Deliverables each week: • A spreadsheet or CRM update with verified contact details and short qualification notes for all new prospects • A mutually agreed number of scheduled introductory calls with tech-sector clients in North America If you already have a network inside mid-size to enterprise tech companies, mention it, along with recent results you’ve achieved for IT staffing or recruitment agencies.
