I’m looking for an experienced Salesforce specialist to spend roughly 100 focused hours building out the reporting layer of our Lightning org. The goal is to turn raw CRM data into clear, operational dashboards that leadership can act on daily. Scope of work • Design and create the underlying reports (tabular, summary, or matrix—whatever best fits each metric) with clean filters, formula fields, and row-level security that respect existing sharing settings. • Assemble real-time operational dashboards that highlight two core areas: Sales performance (pipeline health, closed-won velocity, quota attainment, etc.) and Customer service metrics (case volume, first-response time, resolution SLA, CSAT trends). • Configure scheduled refreshes and email snapshots so managers always start their day with up-to-date numbers. • Optimise for Lightning Experience with intuitive component layouts, drill-downs, and mobile visibility. • Provide a brief hand-off guide explaining report filters, dashboard components, and any custom fields or formula logic added. Tools & skills needed Salesforce Lightning Report Builder, Dashboard Builder, SOQL (when formulas alone won’t cut it), and a solid grasp of role hierarchy and sharing rules to keep sensitive data locked down. Acceptance criteria 1. Partner Deal Registration Form: Set up an automated form for partners to register deals. 2. Renewal Funnel Reports 3. Active Work Time Tracking: Implement a method to track the actual time a representative spends working on a case 4. Commision Reports 1.) Dashboard #1: Monthly Performance Dashboard- Sales Rep. I am looking for a dashboard like this one below for each sales rep on our team. Dashboard #2: Sales Team Performance- 2026: Total per month/year ---------------- Sales Reports ? • Renewals are not showing up anywhere – this should be separate from other revenue o Amount closed over renewal target going to MRR • Renewals can replace the sales specialist dashboard – Sales specialist only needs to be on the executive dashboard • Mine, Zack’s sales performance dashboard should be the manager view not the individual view • Need a closed month to date at every stage – individual Activities is reporting the incorrect items ( it shows tasks and cases only ) An Activity for sales is • Email sent • Case logged • Call logged • Document uploaded through email Can we add these to the sales app dashboard Operations App • Operations Dashboard o My Open Cases -> All open cases o Personal Case -> Automatically into case Ques o Need a weekly, monthly, and daily activities by rep o Average pickup time is total pick-up time not average • Cases by status, Total Case hours by rep, average pickup time, ( likely “Total Cases Closed by Type, Rep and Mon” ) – need a monthly, weekly count, and daily count • Cases by Product Type Case Type – mandatory field • Remove problem o Feature request o Question • Add o Utility service o Telcom service Case Type – Mandatory field Priority status needs an escalated option Case Completion time pre type and rep • I spent 2 hours working on this case and its not showing up – 00001065 • Manual hours update option for cases and require executive approval • ( new Field ) Activities per case – amount of back and forth for every case ( i.e. how much does a case go on hold back to a rep back to on hold ect. ) Sales Executive App • Sales funnel needs to be in MRR not TCG • Closed month to date does not make sense • MRR – 2026 exec can just be the month we are in I’ll be available for quick feedback loops throughout the engagement to keep us on-track and within the 100-hour window.
