Html pages generator

**** Please read Document attached ***** I would like to be able to generate html pages I'm my computer and than to load it to the site. I'm not sure how can I do it direct on my server. The difference from one page to another is the title in the html than I will link it to the site. In that way I will create more pages that will help the site in promoting him.
