internet explorer toolbar

i would like a toolbar for internet explorer..on the toolbar i would like my logo that i would design. i would like it to display stats from the game [url removed, login to view][dot]com

for example.. the stats for the website are located here [url removed, login to view][dot]php

i would like them to be scrolled across the toolbar like a news ticker..maybe the user can also select what stat to view and it will only show that..

i would either like a clone of this online text based multiplayer game or a game created from scratch thats similar.
