MySpace bulletin poster software

I need a tool that can post bulletins on a large number of myspace accounts automatically. The tool must use multiple connections to post the bulletins (posting at the same time from multiple myspace accounts). The tool has to be very fast, too. 1 bulletin each 1 - 4 seconds, the faster - the better. I also need an ability to be able to delete existing bulletins. I have attached a word file (zipped) which describes an example of such a tool. Optional but preferable: should have proxy support. Updates: it is possible that you will have to make changes / updates to the script later! So only serious coders please. And you need to be available during working hours via chat (MSN/Yahoo/ICQ/AIM).
