I need a application, written in Java or any other native Linux language, that captures video and audio from a Osprey-230 card (OR if you can suggest a similar card, with video and audio input, please feel free to suggest any) - and then outputs this into Flash Video (FLV).
The output settings should be as following:
-Audiobirate xxx (Kbps)
-Videobitrate xxx (Kbps)
-Seconds (how many seconds to capture the input) XXXXXX
The program should be executed using ./theProgram --videobitrate XXX --audiobitrate XXX --video enabled/disabled --audio enabled/disabled --resolution XXXxYYY --seconds XXXXXX --output /x/x/x/
Example: ./javacapture --videobitrate 400 --audiobitrate 80 --video enabled --audio enabled --resoultion 320x240 --seconds 2700 --output /home/capture/[url removed, login to view]
Standard audio setting is 22050 kHz.
Flash video format should be: On2 IPv6
If you combine the application with FFMPEG, that is OK.
Drivers for Linux capture card is found at [url removed, login to view]

Please feel free to suggest anything regarding this project when you bid.
If you think you can write a program that is NOT Java. Please feel free to suggest.
