The requirements are as follows:

The application will need a pretty front end and the following back end.
Clients will log in or register to order a document "H".
The document will be made up from the following document components (ie put all indiviually together manually as a .pdf), LR1, LR2 WD, E, E(G), L and LE (LE will be optional and only required in some cases).
Client orders doc H via a secure area and gets a reference back and will be able to track its progress.
They will need payment and delivery options (Posatal and/or E-mail).
From an admin point of view we will need a new record with every generated reference. Each reference will need its own GUI with about 40 pieces of data that will come from Client information as well as manually input from admin area.
The main element from this GUI is record H made up from LR1, LR2 WD, E, E(G), L and LE, all of these need standard text field to advise on whether they have been ordered (LR1, LR2, WD, LE) or appointments made for them (E, L - there should be diaries associated with these x2 docs). E(G) will be manually put in place.
All these individual documents need to be in a list of x3 either Incomming, Pending, Complete. For each record H, when all x6/7 docs are in place there should be a trigger to advise that Record H can now be compiled.
For new instructions e-mail alerts should be passed to x3 different addresses aswell as the client.
Record H should then be put into either new, pending, complete.
