Torrent Client with Tracker and own Database

Please notice that I'm only interested in people who ALREADY know and are into "TORRENT TECHNOLOGY" and knows how a TORRENT & Tracker Works! I want a windows XP/VISTA supported "Windows Torrent Client program" that works only with ITS OWN private TRACKER and Database. So it works like an P2P File sharing Program but using TORRENT protocol. You will get access to a Dedicated WEB/DB-SERVER "Windows 2003 Server" with MSSQL & IIS Service installed. And you must UPLOAD your work so i can see the progresss.
