Notes System features such as "Called for reason....(dropdownlist)
when the oporator transfers out a call and the same software is installed(different department) it must have a system where they can communicate via txt. i.e "Transferred from(rep ID) Customer ref number
call ID number(for customer) and Notes / reason for transferring.
for example if customer calls looking for billing solution and they come through, they need to trabsfer to another department such as Credit Managment, the billing agent needs to type the the notes "click transfer" select a reason(credit issue) and then notes such as"customer has overdue amount and needs to extend"
thats a pure example of the features the system will be able to do.
Must have both user and admin interface.
Manage users, call lines, Voip Implimented
beable to monitor calls and access call logs
Manage Autodialer (call lists)
we need the system in stages as this is urgent, if you have a sytem already made that can do this we would greatly consider.
