Social Posting Software

I need someone to develop a standalone product which creates and maintains profiles on the Digg ([login to view URL]) social network, adds friends, and can post articles to the main site. This program must be able to:

1. Connect to the internet via proxy servers and create digg accounts using dummy info I will provide (the user will manually input captcha and confirm email address)

2. Add friends to each profile using both a Google Search and by using the spy feature ([login to view URL])

3. Make profiles appear to be human by digging other people's articles randomly and deleting 'shouts'

4. Add and Digg articles using randomly selected profiles

I have some specific ideas of what this software should be capable of, and will provide a more detailed design document upon accepting your bid.

I'm not sure what language or database should be used for a project of this sort, and will be relying on your knowledge of programming to determine those specifics.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in writing clean code and utilizing object oriented design. If this software turns out to be successful, I have a number of other ideas for features for this software which could be implemented in the future, and the winner would, of course, be my first choice for getting those contracts as well.
