The Deliverables:
•Complete and fully functional working program(s) in executable form and complete source code of all work done, demo to be hosted by the seller in fully functional form.
•Deliverables must be in a ready to run condition, as follows (dependent on the nature of the deliverables):
•For Websites or other sever side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one location (the buyers environment) Deliverables must be installed by the seller in a ready to run condition within the buyers environment.
•For all other deliverables including desktop software or software that the buyer intends to distribute: a software installation package that will install the software in a ready to run condition on the platform(s) specified within this bid request.
•ALL Deliverables will be considered as “Work made for hire” under US Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. Seller should use all existing open source packages. (Minimal programming necessary) All 3rd party component copyright ramifications must explained and agreed to by the buyer, this will constitute a legal agreement.
This project is mainly installation and configuration.
