This is a small but difficult project I think, in fact it may be impossible without citrix, I just don't know.
I want my terminal services users using MS Outlook to be able to click on a contact's phone number in Outlook in the terminal services session and for skype (Skype Out really) to dial the number.... but Skype will be installed on their windows PC. You can feed Skype a phone number via a command line command.
The terminal services server is win 2003 which supports sharing of the client's drives so this may make it easier, or you may need to get into some difficult coding like this:

So the project consists of an add-in for outlook which feeds a command to [url removed, login to view] on the user's PC (not the terminal services server).
If anyone wants to develop this they could retain all the rights and probably make some money selling the product on [url removed, login to view] afterwards.
As this is potentially a difficult one please give some indication of how you would approach it via PM.
