Several Windows and Android related code snippets

Hi, I need somebody to write several code snippets for me. I am interested in very simple pieces of code (error handling and other production quality stuff isn't required). All of these pieces of code are Windows and Android related. Windows side (this should be a code executed on PC and written on C++): 1) Get a list of all available Adroid emulators (I believe they are called virtual devices). 2) Run Android emulator (by name). Stop Android emulator (preferably, stop it gracefully) 3) Upload a file to Android emulator, download a file from Android emulator,? check a file existance on Android emulator, run an application on Android emulator. 4) Check whether Android SDK is installed. Android side (Java) 5) Send a key press to some other application. 6) Click on some button in other application. I mean that a key press and a button click should be send to some 3rd party application (like Calculator or Address book). 7) Create simple TCP-IP server 8) Simple app running in the background Several notes: - Please indicate how long approximatelly it will take for you to do all of this - Please indicate the price for each separate snippet. It could be if one or several of them will be much bigger than the rest of them, I will remove them from this project. - Code snippets should be done in the order which I described. - Each of snippets should be delivered when complete. - If you found example of the code in Internet, which is doing exactly what I need.
