Need a desktop software.

Hello, I need a desktop software to generate images from names in the text file. If I have 100 names or lines in txt file, when I run the software, it will generate 100 images and the filename will be from the names it get. For example, if I have 2 names in text file. --------- name1 name2 --------- After I run the software, it will generate 2 images - [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The images can be any image (white or black background) but must be unique in size, so it will generate 1 x 1 pixel, 1 x 2, 1 x 3 etc.. till 1 x 10,000 and then, it will generate 2 x 1, 2 x 2 etc.. till it get 10,000 x 10,000, so total max number of unique images it can create is 100,000k images. The software should run fast and can handle big file. Software will generate each images, not copy pasting of images so the images are unique. It's a very simple software and should be easy for the right guy. I have low budget for this software, I alredy have this software but the max it can create is 20,000 images.I need it to handle bigger file. I want the software done in 1 day. Thanks, Happy bidding.
