Need splash screen and test change for VB .exe

I have 2 pieces of software that were programmed in VB. I do not have the source code, but I do have the exe. A previous work around has already been used to replace the splash screen, but the person that has done the change has left the company. So, I need someone to identify the work around, replace the current logo screen and all text that has "dialresults" with "VoIPDialerSales" and give detailed instructions on how to preform the change again if needed. There is a ftp site with the software and current screen shots with hightlighted areas that need changing. The logo is also located their.
