We need someone who has ample experience in the audio codecs domain. Exposure to network fundamentals and VoIP is an added advantage in the selection [login to view URL] are building a system to monitor VoIP telephony in our company. For instance we want to monitor all Yahoo Messenger calls from our company premises. Now we have so far been successful in extracting all the SIP information, like whos calling whom. Also we are able to extract the RAW Voice data. Now this RAW data could be using any codec. Some of the standard codecs like u-law, a-law, [login to view URL] series, speex etc we are able to decode using certain code and tools. The trouble is with certain otehr codecs specifically the ISAC codec. The ISAC codec was earlier proprietary but the code was made public by google under the webRTC project.
We need someone to make a decoder for us to decode the raw ISAC stream to start with. This project is ever growing as we would need other codecs as well, but to strat with we are looking at ISAC. The closest we came to was to look at the freeswitch -

I think they have already made a decoder but I neitehr have the time nor the resources to investigate it.
