Metamod Plugin (Valve HL SDK, Source and Orangebox SDK Versions)

To clear out some confusion about what this is all for. The Goldsource engine is what Half-Life 1 (mods) run on. It uses something called the Half Life SDK. The source engine is what Half Life 2 (mods and games) run on. It uses 2 variations of the engine; Source 2007 and Orangebox. Metamod is a server-side binary plugin (.dll or .so) that runs along side the server and adds additional functionality that is not available by default. I need a Metamod plugin that creates a new function that displays the SteamIDs of players currently in the server along with the amount of time they have been playing. This is currently possible, but the RCON password is required. I want this plugin to be able to do this without the RCON password being shared or required. Find attached to this project some examples of how PHP scripts can query a Goldsource and Source server. I need my front end to be able to use the same process as these PHP scripts to pull the data i mentioned above from the game server that the plugin is installed on. A new class or protocol will need to be created in the Plugin so that my website front-end can pull the data. I need the Metamod Source plugin to work on Windows and Linux. I also need a Metamod Goldsource version of the plugin that also works on Windows and Linux.
