Create a windows program to measure volumetric size of objects using realsense intel camera -- 2

We want a windows program made similar to in video to provide accurate measurments using R200 intel realsense camera We want to also add in some rule calculations so in real-time to check and advise user which courier is okay to send with (like attached image). We want a windows application made to run similar to in video - [login to view URL] But with the slight modification as in attached image. Rules are as below for the checking of which courier is okay to send box with; DPD = longest dimension must be under 100cm and next 2 dimensions added together must be below 120cm Examples • 1st dimension = 98cm other 2 dimensions = 42+65 = 107cm = OK • 1st dimension = 105cm other 2 dimensions = 42+65 = 107cm = NOT OK • 1st dimension = 98cm other 2 dimensions = 62+65 = 127cm = NOT OK • 1st dimension = 105cm other 2 dimensions = 62+65 = 127cm = NOT OK PARCEL FORCE = volumetric calculation must not exceed 296 volume Their calculations work as below example; 51 cm x 54 cm x 98 cm (Height x Width x Length) 51+54 = 105 x 2 = 210 +98 = 308 volume Above example would NOT be okay.
