Embedded software. Optische Signalauswertung (RGB LED Matrix) von mehreren Drucksensoren (Widerstandsfolie)

Software/ Firmware Projekt in mehreren Stufen: (Konstruktion und Elektronik wird von uns übernommen)

40 Drucksensoren (Widerstands-Matrix mit 5x8 Stück ) sollen über eine RGB LED Matrix (ebenso 5x8) ausgelesen werden. Es wird sowohl Druckintensität (3 Stufen: grün/gelb/rot) als auch Position wiedergegeben. (siehe Skizze)

Stufe 1.)

Umsetzung mit vereinfachter hardware.

Eingangsseite mit Drahtwiderständen statt Drucksensor (>1,2M = keine Ausgabe; 0,8 bis 1,2M = LED grün; 0,4 bis 0,8M = LED gleb; 0 bis 0,4M = LED rot).

Auswertung/ Signalisierung z.B. über ein Arduino board und Adafruit NeoPixel Shield (Arduino - 40 RGB LED Pixel Matrix) ODER mit einer Entwicklungsumgebung mit der du schon Erfahrung hast!!

Stufe 2.) Signalerfassung und Ausgabe mit Drucksensoren. Die Drucksensoren werden nur kurzzeitig betätigt.

Stufe 3.) Ausgabe über eine echte Anzeigetafel statt der Ardafruit. Sollte von der firmware her weniger Probleme machen.

Stufe 4.) Weiter Zusatzfunktionen: Wertausgabe / Zustandsanzeige

Software / firmware project in several stages: (construction and electronics are taken over by us)
40 pressure sensors (resistance matrix with 5x8 pieces) should be read out via an RGB LED matrix (also 5x8). Both pressure intensity (3 levels: green / yellow / red) and position are displayed. (see sketch)
Step 1.)
Implementation with simplified hardware.
Input side with wirewound resistors instead of pressure sensor (> 1.2M = no output, 0.8 to 1.2M = LED green, 0.4 to 0.8M = LED gleb, 0 to 0.4M = LED red).
Evaluation / Signaling e.g. via an Arduino board and Adafruit NeoPixel Shield (Arduino - 40 RGB LED Pixel Matrix) OR with a development environment you already have experience with !!
Stage 2.) Signal acquisition and output with pressure sensors. The pressure sensors are only activated for a short time.
Level 3.) Output via a real scoreboard instead of the Ardafruit. Should be less of a problem with the firmware.
Stage 4.) Next Additional functions: Value output / status display

I put file in annex. Step 1 20180720. This is a more detailed shematic for STEP 1./
INPUT: 5 Trimmpotis 100ohm - 1Mohm /
NO Multiplexer (later, in Step 2) /
OUTPUT: we use the first 5 RGB LED´s: Off/ green/ orange/ red accourding to ohm value of the trimmpot and according to position (pot 1 = LED 1, pot 2 = LED 2, ...)
