Hooking [snip and sketch] on windows 10 21H and windows 11

I want to hook "snip and sketch" of Windows 10 21H.
Windows 7 or Windows 10's "Snipping tool" can be hooked BitBlt API to handle it,
but Windows 10 21H's "snip and sketch" doesn't seem to use BitBlt. (Include capture tools in windows 11)
After hooking, I will either allow capture or not, or add the image I want to the captured image.
I would like to use madCHook Library for Hooking.
