Simple App to scan Windows Registry for a string

I want a simple application that I can scan the windows registry for a specific string and have it Delete, perform and F3 and move to the next instance and Delete that and all entries for that string.
Example:
WildTangent would find all registry keys with the string "WildTangent, Wild Tangent" and delete them out of all of the registry keys.
This is a simple registry cleaner to find old remnants of programs that didn't uninstall completely.
