Sperm mortality algorithm

We're building a software to detect the mortality in a sperm through the microscope. This software is mostly motion analysis. We're looking for an efficient algorithm that gives us perfect output within 3 minutes. We're looking for individuals who can write this algorithm in either C++ or OpenCV. Thank you.
