ASP.net WebAPI 2 project

This is the first stage of the project to test your skills and how good you are. We are in a process of developing a software for medical labs/clinics. Your job is to build a class using c#.net to Add/Edit/Delete and List for the entity "User". Fields are below. first_name string last_name string user_id string password string status bool profile string date_created datetime last_updated datetime last_login datetime So create a small program ( a class file ) using asp.net webapi 2 c#. Class should have methods to Add/Edit and Delete. Also should have a method to list all or list only selected users. Once completed , send me the class file and we will integrate with our project.
