Build an application to make payments to Wells Fargo Payees

Wells Fargo online banking has a BillPay feature that allows users to send payments to a selected Payee. This project is to build a desktop Windows-based application that utilizes the online banking to do the same functionality from within the application. The application would save the username and password in an encrypted form and use it to login to the Wells Fargo online banking. It will then fetch the list of all Payees for the account and allow the user to select a payee to make a payment to. The user of the application is not required to enter the username and password every time he/she opens the application. Instead, they are entered once in an Options dialog and are saved for future logins. No other account information such as balance, should be displayed to the user. Please note that you need to have, or open a Wells Fargo personal account and setup Payees under your account.
