create chatbot application using xamrin forms

I need someone who is knowledgable in c# and xamrin forms to create chatbot application for me, the chatbot is for answering clients questions so the process will be when the client insert his voice the application will take the audio and extract to matching text of questions in the database then it should display the answer from database
