Create an MVC or a WPF application

Create an MVC or a WPF application based on the following: - There are different topics uploaded to the Methodology of Programming II folder, everyone needs to select one. - (Suggestion: if you choose MVC for your final project work, use Razor syntax, although it’s not mandatory.) MVC - Create a working .NET Core MVC application (you can use .NET 5) - Connect to a database with an ORM tool (ex.: LINQ) - Create a working CRUD application based on your selected topic - The operation results must be stored in the database! WPF - Create a working .NET Framework application (you can use .NET 5) - The application must be topical, it can be a back-office inventory system for example. If must consist of: o Main window with a dashboard, showing a list of entities managed by the application. Users must be able to add, edit, and remove entities. o Edit window where existing entities can be edited. o Add window where new entities can be added. o Saving and opening logic with real persistency (e.g. DB, JSON file, XML file).
