Exchange Arbitrage trading bot

Hello all...
Am looking for someone to code a trading bot for me... it is just a simple Exchange arbitrage bot... Spot trading ETH/BTC.
(Example) say you got exchange A B C with ETH in wallet, and exchange 1 2 3 have BTC in wallet. Would like A B C cross communicate with 1 2 3 ?say one time theres opportunity between A and 3 and another time there is an opportunity between C and 1 when certain % between 2 exchanges the buy/sell order triggers..
Column A (ETH) Column 1(BTC)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Exchange A Exchange 1
Exchange B (cross Exchange 2
Exchange C communicating) Exchange 3
Once exchange A sold ETH to BTC and Exchange 3 Bought ETH with BTC ..... they just change locations...(Exchange A) from column A to column 1
(Exchange 3) from column 1 to column A...
Should be a pretty simple script... Also could help out with a little guidance as I do have some knowledge...
