Finish an app to create a schedule automatically

I have the backend of the app finished. Tables are constructed and laid out. I am needing the final piece of the app that takes all of the variables and automatically creates a schedule based on the inputs.
So for example you have locations, Employee's, shift types, custom shift types, days off requested, ect. All of these variables are pulled in order to create the schedule.

*but instead of the rooms, I would need it broken down by people and instead of days I would need it broken down by hours.
Daypilot Lite is free so this can be implemented or one can be designed.
