ImageSearch function for C#

Job Description:
I need a ImageSearch function for C#.
ImageSearch - given an image file url as parameter, the function has to find the occurrence of the image on the screen (minimal tolerance is needed) and return it's X and Y coordinates. This should accept png files and their transparency.
I want that images from my directory to be used as the source image to locate the same image on the desktop and then click on it with the mouse. An [login to view URL] is currently circulating on the Internet, but this cannot be referenced with C# because it is not a COM assembly and that is why I need someone who can copy this function 1:1 or make his own out of it.
I need this as a .dll compatible for C#
