Since my programming/API implementation knowledge is limited, I'm looking for someone with strong experience on C#/C++ or Python ( knowledge of new and relevant libraries especially for GUI and visualization, desktop UI automation/external program control), to build a simple desktop software that can pull historic as well as real-time stock market data (API data refresh rate is about 4 times a second), then to perform technical analysis and generate alerts. Familiarity with interactive brokers API will be definitely helpful. There is already a demo/sample available with required basic functions already provided by the broker. Real time charting is required. I would be needing only a basic reliable application, which I will be improvising on an ongoing basis with new ideas/strategies as it comes. Please include approx hours needed for the work. Also what would you charge for some sessions of over the phone general brainstorming/consultation.
