I have a 181 line file named [url removed, login to view] which builds and runs 'almost' fine.
This program sends AT commands to my USB modem, accepts valid ones,
or rejects non-valid commands. The problem is that it fails to 'initialize' the
modem correctly. If I want my program to work correctly it's necessary for
me to first use: Windows Device Manager >> Modems >> [Query Modem].
This problem will not be encountered on all machines though, so any coder
interested in this project should, if possible, first do as follows:
- Message me confirming that you have a USB dial up modem ...?
- Run attached [url removed, login to view] and confirm you have exact same experience,
meaning you are only able to successfully run [url removed, login to view] if you first
use the windows [Query Modem] tab to initialize your modem ...?
Successful completion of this project will be if one of the following
two solutions are delivered to me (whichever way is easier for you):
- Provide me with a new tool ([url removed, login to view]) which does the same thing that
presently only happens by using [Query Modem] tab to initialize modem.
Please initially only send me a '[url removed, login to view]' file to test if solution works.
- Modify [url removed, login to view] to initialize modem at startup, and maybe send ATZ.

Offering $[url removed, login to view] usd for above mentioned fix.
