modify a user-modified exe file to fix position of windows displayed during gameplay -- 2

To modify an already modified game exe file for owner's personal use. The file is a user-modified city-building game (Caesar 3). Existing modifications allow for the game to be played at higher resolution than the maximum available out-of-the-box (i.e. new). The additional modification requested is to fix the on-screen position of information windows provided upon right-clicking buildings and objects during gameplay AND (NEW), AS A SEPARATE AND OPTIONAL MILESTONE: to fix a bug where the 'empire map' cannot be closed once opened in the game. COMPLETION OF THIS SECOND MILESTONE WILL NOT NEGATIVELY AFFECT OVERALL COMPLETION. If you cannot complete it, it will simply be deleted, but it would make a big difference since the game is a lot harder to play without it. THE JOB The unmodified (out-of-the-box) game locates the game's information windows in the center of the game screen. The modified exe locates these windows in the far upper left corner of the screen instead. Re-positioning these windows to the center of the screen (as they occur in the game out-of-the-box) is the modification requested. The out-of-the-box game is available as a download on amazon and downloads as organized folder of the game's files. For obvious legal reasons I am not providing a direct copy of the out-of-the-box game (which poster owns), but obtaining it will be provided for in the project Milestones. What I have provided is the user modified version to which the requested modifications are to be made.
