I'm looking for an expert that can create me a simple app that will stream and play IPTV programs. But what I need to be done is to create a buffer so the video does not stop or lag. I need someone that is experienced with this a lot. The way this will work is that the streaming the video will be buffer like 1 min ahead so when played its one minute after so it does not get paused or lag because it got buffered.
