Commercial MEP Detailed Drawings -- 2

The architectural shell for a new commercial space is locked in and now needs a fully-coordinated MEP package at detailed-design level. My priority is a clean, clash-free set of mechanical and electrical floor plans that the construction team can issue without further red-lining. What the job covers • Mechanical: sized ductwork, diffusers, equipment locations, pipe routing, insulation notes and a matching equipment schedule. • Electrical: lighting and power layouts, circuiting, panel schedules, single-line diagram, conduit and cable-tray routing, plus any “REC” items I will explain once we start. Project resources DWG files of the architectural and reflected ceiling plans are ready for download. If you prefer Revit, I can provide an export so you can model, then issue sheets back to DWG/PDF. Acceptance criteria • Drawings conform to local commercial code and standard CAD layers I’ll supply. • Ducts, pipes and cable trays are fully sized on plan with clear annotations. • Combined coordination overlay shows zero clashes with the structural grid delivered. • Final deliverable: one zipped folder containing native DWG, print-ready PDF and an equipment/panel schedule in XLSX. I’ll review progress every two days, offer quick turn-around feedback and sign off once the package meets the above points and is ready for the engineer’s stamp.
