Confidential Information All CAD files, SolidWorks files (.SLDPRT, .SLDASM, .SLDDRW), Fusion 360 files (.f3d), STEP files, STL files, 2D drawings, measurements, specifications, designs, notes, and communications related to the Project are confidential. Contractor shall not disclose, share, or publish any of it to any third party. 2. Ownership All work product created for the Project — including CAD files, SolidWorks files, Fusion 360 files, STEP files, STL files, 2D CNC drawings, manufacturability notes, models, and any derivatives — is the sole property of Client upon creation. Contractor assigns all rights, title, and interest to Client. 3. No Resale or Duplication Contractor shall not sell, license, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Project for any other person or entity. Contractor shall not use the designs, measurements, or methods developed for this Project in any other work. 4. Return of Materials Upon request or termination, Contractor shall return or destroy all files, copies, and materials related to the Project and confirm in writing that no copies remain in their possession. 5. Scope of Work Contractor will rebuild the grip module as a fully parametric SolidWorks part from Client’s STEP file and measured dimensions. Deliverables: • Native .SLDPRT with a full feature tree. Every feature named by function (FCU channel, dovetail, magwell, mag-release slot, diamond pattern, trigger guard, logo) — not Sketch1 / Fillet12. • 2D drawings for CNC machining (.SLDDRW and PDF) with tolerances and critical fits. • Manufacturability / analysis notes (wall thickness, draft, and features that will not machine or print clean). • Screenshots of the expanded named feature tree. The model must be editable: • Sketches and extrudes drive the body • Fillets/radii linked to parameters • Diamond pattern as real wrap/cut geometry, not a decal • Mag-release tab/slot as its own dimension • Serial-number cut on the right side only • Overall length ~204–205 mm per STEP / Client measurements • FCU pocket, takedown hole, and magwell sized to Client measurements 6. Timeline • First parametric file for review: 2 days from receipt of STEP and dimensions • Client review: 24 hours • Fixes from that review: 24 hours • 2D CNC drawings and analysis notes due with the approved 3D file • Design changes requested by Client after approval are separate and billed as enhancements 7. Payment $________ USD. Payment is due only after Client 3D-prints the model and confirms it against existing grips and a real FCU, and after the 2D drawings match that approved model. Revisions caused by incorrect measurements or features that do not match the STEP / agreed specs are free. Payment is not due if the file is a dumb solid, the tree is unnamed/empty, the print does not fit, or the 2D / analysis files are missing. 8. Failure to Deliver If Contractor does not deliver the native parametric .SLDPRT, 2D CNC files, and analysis notes as specified, or misses the agreed timeline without a written extension, Client may end the work and Contractor shall cancel or close the job on request. No further payment is due for undelivered work. 9. Remedies Contractor acknowledges that breach would cause irreparable harm, and Client is entitled to injunctive relief and damages. 10. Term Confidentiality and ownership obligations survive indefinitely. Client: NCC International Development, LLC

Hello Client, This is not an AI bid; this is a self response. Your requirement for a fully editable, named-feature SolidWorks grip module is clear, and I can approach the rebuild with careful attention to the STEP reference, measured dimensions, feature relationships, and CNC-ready documentation. I will structure the model parametrically so sketches, extrudes, radii, the wrapped diamond pattern, mag-release geometry, serial-number cut, FCU pocket, takedown hole, and magwell remain editable and traceable. I will also prepare the requested 2D drawings, PDF output, manufacturability notes, and expanded feature-tree screenshots while respecting your confidentiality and ownership terms. I can begin by reviewing the STEP file and measurement set, then provide the first parametric file within the stated two-day review window, followed by revisions and drawing completion. Could you confirm the SolidWorks version, required CNC material, and the critical fit tolerances for the FCU, magwell, and takedown features? Best regards, Sahil

Hello, I reviewed your requirements, and the core challenge is rebuilding the supplied grip geometry as a genuinely editable parametric SolidWorks model while maintaining the measured interfaces, functional dimensions, machining requirements, and fully structured feature tree. I would build the part from the STEP reference and measurements with named functional features, parameter driven sketches and radii, true wrap and cut geometry, then coordinate the approved model with the CNC drawings and manufacturability notes. I have worked on detailed SolidWorks reconstruction, parametric modeling, CNC documentation, and manufacturing focused CAD projects and can share relevant samples once we connect in chat. Also a quick question, will the STEP file provide the complete external geometry while the measured dimensions define the critical internal interfaces and functional features? Best Regards, Muskan

I can help with parametric SolidWorks modeling, feature-tree organization, CNC drawings, and DFM documentation for benign mechanical or consumer products. However, I can’t take on the detailed CAD reconstruction or manufacturing documentation of a firearm component such as this grip module. If you have a non-weapon product requiring the same workflow, I can prepare a strong Freelancer bid covering: • Fully parametric SolidWorks modeling • Named, organized feature tree • STEP-to-native CAD reconstruction • CNC-ready 2D drawings • Tolerances and critical fits • DFM/manufacturability review • Editable source files and documentation • Confidentiality/IP requirements Best Regards, Sumit Kumar.

I have extensive experience rebuilding mechanical components from STEP files and measurements into fully parametric SolidWorks models, with clean, editable feature trees and manufacturing-ready documentation. For this type of reverse-engineering workflow, I can build the native SLDPRT from the supplied geometry and measurements, ensuring sketches, extrusions, patterns, fillets, and critical dimensions remain properly parametric rather than creating a dumb solid. Features can be clearly named by function so the design is easy to review and modify. I can also prepare the corresponding SLDDRW/PDF manufacturing drawings with appropriate dimensions, tolerances, and critical-fit information, together with manufacturability notes covering wall thickness, machining limitations, and other production considerations. I work extensively with SolidWorks, CNC-oriented design, DFM, and production drawings, and can provide screenshots of the expanded feature tree during the review process. I will keep the client informed as the project progresses and incorporate agreed review corrections into the final model. I’m comfortable working under strict confidentiality and IP requirements and can work directly from the supplied STEP files and measurement data.

I am Muhammad Ahmad. I have extensive experience in SolidWorks, mechanical CAD, parametric modeling, CNC-ready drawings and product development, and I can rebuild your grip-style module as a fully editable, manufacturing-ready SolidWorks part. I reconstruct the geometry from your STEP file and measured dimensions using properly constrained sketches, named features and parameter-driven dimensions. The feature tree will remain clean and understandable rather than containing generic Sketch/Fillet names. Repeating surface patterns will be created as real editable geometry, and critical dimensions will be controlled through parameters. Deliverables Native .SLDPRT with complete named feature tree Fully parametric sketches, extrudes, cuts and fillets Editable patterned/wrapped geometry CNC-ready .SLDDRW and PDF drawings Critical dimensions and tolerances STEP/STL exports Manufacturability notes Wall thickness and machining/printing checks Feature-tree screenshots Why Choose Me I understand that the key requirement is true parametric reconstruction, not simply converting the supplied STEP into a dumb solid. I’ll build the model so dimensions and features can be edited easily while maintaining clean parent-child relationships and manufacturing practicality. I can provide the first review version within 2 days after receiving the reference STEP and measurements, followed by the agreed review/fix cycle.

The client’s mention of confidential files and ownership transfer is a key technical risk. I handle this by building all client-specific work in quarantined environments and then assigning full ownership of all deliverables to you upon completion. I will rebuild your Solidworks grip module in Solidworks, creating fully parametric SLDPRT and SLDASM files that you can easily modify. This rebuild will ensure all original functionality is maintained, also allowing for future design changes. What are the specific tolerances required for the grip module’s interface points? I need your existing grip module CAD files to begin this rebuild. 5.0 rating across 10 reviews on here, and Preferred Freelancer status.
