First, you will act as the front-line caller, reaching respondents, following the scripted questionnaire word-for-word, and logging every answer in the CRM in real time. Second, you will step in as a light manager: tracking daily metrics, giving quick feedback to any new callers we add, and suggesting script tweaks when response rates dip. A friendly, confident voice, solid English, and prior experience with VoIP dialers such as Five9, Dialpad, VICIdial, or a similar cloud system keep the workflow smooth. You will need a quiet place to work, a reliable headset, and steady internet so call quality never drops. Deliverables I will sign off on: • Completed survey logs for each call list, exported to Google Sheets. • Daily call-volume and completion report before end of shift. • Weekly summary highlighting trends, challenges, and any script recommendations. • Required: audio samples for -checking quality of calls. * Please provide accents and charge per complete survey.
