Dropping a photo into the placeholder is a drag until it snaps in, Canva crops it to the frame automatically. Text, logo and QR code sit on separate layers above, so sizing that frame first keeps them from covering the photo. Selecting all four and hitting Group locks them as one piece. From there it's copy-paste onto each of the five remaining cells, using align and distribute so the grid stays even rather than eyeballed. One idea: I record the alignment step twice, snap-to-grid and manual nudging, so you can see which fits your template better. Which matters more, speed or exact spacing?
