Fantasy Tarot Card Design

@ArtisticQueens

Drawing on my extensive experience in fantasy art and character design, I'm thrilled by the opportunity to craft a unique tarot card set for you. My expertise lies not only in creating magical and fantastical landscapes but also in choosing vibrant color palettes that evoke a sense of awe — much like the beauty of the Aurora Australis. You can trust that I won't recycle or use AI-generated artwork for your project. Instead, my process starts from scratch to ensure that each drawing is tailor-made to meet your precise requirements. By selecting me, you're not just investing in proficient hands; you're securing a partner who understands the value of clear communication, maintains a timely workflow, and delivers designs that encapsulate your brand's essence. Join me on this journey, let's create an extraordinary tarot deck that captures not just an individual's interest but sparks their imagination as well!

@Humaumair12

Hi, I’d love to work on this tarot deck. I have 12+ years of illustration and design experience, and this project is a strong fit for my fantasy artwork, character illustration, landscapes, and print design background. I can build the full deck as one cohesive visual world, using the Aurora Australis palette across magical skies, landscapes, symbols, creatures, and card-specific storytelling while still making every card feel unique. I can also handle the booklet layout and packaging design so the entire set feels consistent from the cards through to the final box. For a 60-card deck, I’d suggest first developing a few approved sample cards to lock the style, border system, typography, palette, and overall visual language before moving into the full series. @designsmaker0

With over a decade of experience in the field, my artistic prowess and profound understanding of your project's needs make me the ideal candidate for this endeavor. I specialize in designing artworks with a fantasy theme, emphasizing magic and epic landscapes - all that perfectly encapsulate the essence of tarot cards. In fact, I've even incorporated mystic elements into my artwork while using vibrant colors, similar to the Aurora Australis palette you specified. What sets me apart is not just my tech-savviness with programs like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, but also my keen eye for detail and innovation. Not to mention, I'm an expert in logo designs and have prior knowledge in creating packaging designs. One thing you can always expect from me is clear communication. I will ensure that I understand every intricate detail of your requirements and deliver accordingly. Time management isn't an issue either. Projects are completed promptly (Urgent Project or not), without any compromise on quality. Let's bring magic to life with my skills and create an awe-inspiring set of tarot cards together!

@DaNaDesign08

Hello, I am Naré - representing Meduzee creative agency. A 60-card tarot deck needs to feel like one visual world, not 60 separate illustrations. With your Aurora Australis palette, magical elements, and epic landscapes, the key will be establishing a consistent art direction first, then carrying the same visual language, symbolism, composition rules, and card structure throughout the complete deck. You can see our illustration and design work here: https://www.freelancer.com/u/DaNaDesign08 We’d begin by defining the visual system and developing initial card directions for approval before moving into full production. Once that language is established, we can build the remaining cards consistently and extend it naturally into the booklet and packaging, so the finished product feels like one collectible set. We’d also prepare the artwork with final production in mind, including consistent dimensions, bleed, safe areas, typography, and print-ready files for the cards, guide, and box. Best regards, Naré Arshakyan Meduzee Creative Agency

@diegopelizzoli

Hello, I’m a professional painter and illustrator, and I would be very interested in developing this deck with you. A project of this size is something I would approach as a complete visual world, so that the 60 cards feel different from one another while still belonging to the same universe. I work with traditional media including oil, acrylic, watercolor, pencil and ink, and I can also develop the artwork digitally when the final production requires it. The Aurora Australis palette gives the project a particularly interesting direction, especially when combined with magical elements and large fantasy landscapes. I would be happy to develop the card artwork, the visual consistency of the deck, the guidebook and the box design as parts of the same project. I would also suggest working in stages, so we can establish the visual direction with the first cards before moving through the complete deck. I’d be glad to hear more about your ideas for the cards and how much of the written content is already prepared. Portfolio: https://www.freelancer.com/u/diegopelizzoli Best regards, Diego

@SkillCrafts

Your project for a fantasy tarot deck immediately brought to mind my recent work designing a similarly themed set of magical artifact illustrations for a tabletop RPG, which also required distinct color palettes and intricate thematic detail. I'm confident my ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual narratives will be a strong asset for your tarot card project. My approach involves a phased workflow: concept sketches for each card, focusing on conveying its core meaning through fantasy elements and epic landscapes. I'll then develop detailed digital paintings utilizing a vibrant Aurora Australis palette, ensuring each card is visually striking and thematically consistent. For the booklet and packaging, I'll create complementary designs that maintain the established aesthetic. I primarily work in Procreate and Photoshop for illustration, and Adobe InDesign for layout. To ensure we're perfectly aligned, could you share any specific inspirations or moods you envision for the Major Arcana versus the Minor Arcana? Also, are there any particular tarot archetypes or symbols you'd like to emphasize or reimagine within the fantasy context? I'm eager to discuss your vision further.
