I am experiencing fatigue with the tech industry, particularly with companies that have no hesitation in firing people regardless of performance and where stability is nonexistent. I need help finding a new career path. I know what I do NOT want: - Highly volatile companies where the median tenure is less than 5 years. - Roles such as Program Manager, Product Manager, Project Manager, Sales, or Operations Manager. I also know some of the things I am looking for: - A company that respects standard working hours (9-5 GMT). - A remote-first environment. - A salary expectation of $150k. - A stable industry. What I enjoy most is sharing knowledge and developing others. It makes me incredibly proud to see the people I work with grow and progress as leaders in their careers. What I need from a freelancer: - 3 interviews to help me better identify career opportunities and define the right path for me. - A final document with the key insights + the key industries and roles I will be more likelly to get the next job. If you feel you are the best person to help me, please include in your bid your proven track record with similar cases, as well as a quote for the full job.
