Job Description:
Instant Memories is the story of Autumn, a man who lived a life full of regrets.
One day, he is wistfully looking into the sky, when a meteor strikes the planet.
Out of his pocket, falls a photograph of him and his family when they were young.
His little brother was pushing him off a low bridge into the water, whilst his sister ran to grab Autumn in a panic.
All the while, Autumn was smiling.
"I wish I could go back to that time". he thinks.
And then, reaching out to the photo, He is thrust back into the past, and given the opportunity to retry everything again.
He finds he has the power to return to any moment in time when a photo is taken with it by an instant camera.
It is a story about nostalgia, regret, the desire to change and the point of improvement in life.
Full of comedy, heart and drama.
As it develops, it becomes more fantastical as the mysteries of the origin of Autumn's powers, the meteor, and the strange figure which appears to be following him, all become intertwined.
The aesthetic and tone is inspired very explicitly by anime / visual novels but doesn't need to follow the standard tropes.
I’m looking for designs that than be malleable and create dynamic stills for use like visual novel character poses.
I'm looking to make it a personal project to be uploaded online, using editing and acting to bring the characters to life.
So it will be essentially a video series that mimics the style of visual novels, utilizing a personal budget.
Looking for designs for the first part.
It will be utilizing my personal funds as a budget, but I hope to continue to hire the same artist for future designs as the projects develops.
Open to discussing price for all designs versus individual designs.
