i have a website . Currently there is a database, but we are looking at changing it. What the client needs is a page of the Washington map (I have two with coordinates and one without that I like) with links to individual counties. Visitors to the site would choose to view training programs, seminars, conferences, meetings, etc. by county. One person in the office would enter the information and take care of admin duties. Currently passed due events have to be manually deleted. If possible it would be nice to have that done automatically.
Particular information for database:
Type of event: Training Class, Meeting, Conference, Seminar
Date of event:
Sentences of information about the event:
Contact information: Name, Phone, email
The current database is Access, but I don't care what we have as long as it works. From you Craigslist ad I thought you only used Access. The old one can go when replaced by the new one, so I don't care. I don't do databases. I have kept up the current one via my son in law who is a programmer for Alaska Airlines. I have no problem returning to you for updates and tune-ups.
Here are three maps of Washington State with counties. The first two have coordinated, the third does not. I like the third of course.
