Integrate Chatbot into MS Teams

I need our existing web application to converse directly inside Microsoft Teams. The core deliverable is a brand-new Teams-compatible chatbot that can exchange messages with users, call our back-end APIs, and post rich responses without them ever leaving the Teams interface. Scope and expectations • Build a Teams app (manifest, icons, privacy & terms pages) that installs in any tenant and exposes a 1-on-1 and group chat bot. • Develop the bot with Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure Bot Service (Node.js or C#, whichever you prefer), wiring it to our REST endpoints for all business logic. • Implement authentication so the bot can securely identify the signed-in Teams user and pass an auth token to our API. • Support adaptive cards, buttons, and quick replies for an engaging, conversational UI. • Provide step-by-step deployment documentation so we can publish the app to our organisation’s Teams app catalogue. Acceptance criteria – Bot installs and appears in the Teams chat pane. – User can send a command and receive data returned from our live API. – Adaptive cards render correctly on desktop, web, and mobile clients. – Source code builds in our Azure DevOps pipeline and deploys to our subscription without manual edits.
