Develop a AI bot and avatar driven client referral website

We want to create and Event planner, catering and food truck website that is completely Avatar and AI bot driven. It will be designed like Angie list, home builder etc., [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] referral site for searching for catering and food trucks in their local market. We want the site to ask the viewer questions from an avatar (Synthesia, [login to view URL] etc.) to ask these questions and all prospective Ai Chat extension options like ChatGPT4 etc. to search and find answers that gives them a list caters/ food truck in the area to use. They will have the ability to ask more granular questions to narrow the search based on:
Type of event, wedding, party etc. (casual or high end) Number of guests Location of the event Food types and quantities Service types, catering or buffet, alcohol served. Other services needed like tables, utensils, DJ etc. Once the search is narrowed, I want this Ai site to provide this viewer more details on the identified and matched selection for cater/ food truck (location, menu, ratings, best food, awards and fees) Once they chose a vendor to use for their event. I want our website to be the referral site to the vendor sending a referral request. I want a blog and content section for the viewer to download articles marketed. I want a dashboard to track and capture all searches, what people are primarily asking for. Make this public facing on so they can see what people in their community are searching and picking to use. I want to use all AI engines to ingest all the caters, food trucks, event locations, etc. so this information is quickly provided for the viewer to receive and review. Future design will enable us to capture a referral fee for such a referral.
For the design of the AI bot and avatar, I prefer a realistic and professional aesthetic.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
