Full House Electrical Wiring Assistance

A full residential re-wire is underway and every circuit—from the main service panel right through to the last light switch—needs to be designed, installed, and tested. I want the entire scope covered: panel placement and sizing, branch-circuit layout, conduit and cable runs, outlet positioning, lighting fixture rough-in, and final device terminations. All work must comply with the latest NEC requirements and local codes, including proper AFCI/GFCI protection, load calculations, grounding, and bonding. If you regularly use tools such as AutoCAD (or similar) for schematics and can document each circuit with clear schedules, that is a plus. Deliverables I need to sign off on: • A complete single-line and layout drawing of the home’s electrical system. • A circuit schedule that details breaker ratings, wire gauges, and load estimates. • On-site installation (or step-by-step guidance) of panels, wiring, outlets, and lighting fixtures. • Final inspection checklist with meter readings and continuity/insulation-resistance test results. Once these items are confirmed code-compliant and functioning, the project is considered complete.
