Hi, I have read all three sheets and the build spec, so no need to explain it again. Build is clear to me: 4 dual coil latching relays, 12 diode interlock, swipe contact and key switch paralleled onto the enable rail, button LEDs fed from the always on rail so the state still shows when the unit is not enabled. One thing I want to raise before I start. Dual coil latching relays are pulse rated. If a user holds a button down, the SET coil stays energised and will cook. I would put a series cap with a bleed resistor on each coil line so the coil only sees a short pulse no matter how long the button is held. Your logic stays exactly as drawn. I will hand wire it as you asked. I also work in Altium, so you get the schematic and a matching PCB file at no extra cost.
