OS installation - We would use 2 separate SSDs in RAID1.
RAID configuration - It is recommended to use RAID50 (1 disk per failure in each subgroup) and build 1 logical volume with all the remaining space. We specifically look for the speed of RAID0 with RAID5 security.
Storage software - RedHat Ceph storage system recommended by Cisco. Suggestion for the storage system always welcome.
