I need comprehensive designs for a modern extension adding multiple rooms to my house in Brisbane. We are about to install a pool at our house in Oxley and are looking at some additions when we do. Stairs from the top deck to the ground, partially enclosing under the existing deck as a seating area, wet bar, and toilet for the pool. And a separate rumpus room and storage area. all in the style of the existing house, see images. Looking to get a complete set of drawings such that the additions can be installed and certified for the Brisbane City Council area. Attached is a (very) rough block layout of what we were interested in. The landscaping and pool are out of scope. The light pink is a must, that is, the stairs from the top deck to the ground. The medium colour pink is a semi-enclosed deck area built between the posts. Looking for a wet bar + fridge area, a toilet, and an outdoor shower. I think the best place for the wet areas is on the right, but the left is also OK, depending on how it will work. The last two areas in dark pink are an enclosed rumpus room and a separate storage area (like a garden shed). The project requires: - Architectural Design: Modern style, integrating with existing structure. - Civil Design: Ensure stability and compliance with local regulations. - Mechanical Design: Efficient HVAC and plumbing systems. Ideal skills and experience: - Licensed in Australia - Experience with modern residential designs - Knowledge of Brisbane building codes - Strong technical and creative skills Submit portfolios with similar projects.
