I’m after an experienced Cisco Collaboration trainer who can deliver a fully online programme for working IT professionals. The course must be hands-on: every topic you cover should be backed by a live lab environment that participants can access remotely. Content scope You’ll shape the syllabus around the Cisco Collaboration tools you know best—whether that’s Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Webex, Cisco Jabber, or a mix of them—so long as the material is current and directly applicable to real-world enterprise deployments.
