Fuel Management Dashboard – Proposal and Scope of Work This proposal defines the scope of work for the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive Fuel Management Dashboard platform integrating real-time IoT and OEM server data for effective monitoring, control, and decision-making. The system aligns with existing deployments similar to K92 and Hi-Lift operations. SQL is what we have used in the past. We are looking to be migrating from our current dashboard service provider and therefore would like to go from scratch but to keep the same logic in an ugraded visual and functional quality. 1. Overview The Fuel Management Dashboard provides a unified, real-time view of fuel operations across all sites. It consolidates data from IoT-enabled devices, ATG systems, issuance controllers, flow meters, and generator monitoring modules hosted on OEM servers. The platform delivers dynamic, user-friendly dashboards for daily operational use and management-level decision-making. 2. Objectives • Deliver real-time visibility of fuel levels, transfers, and consumption across all connected sites. • Provide automated reconciliation of fuel deliveries, issues, and consumption data. • Enable variance detection and exception alerts for rapid investigation. • Support data-driven decision-making for fuel demand planning and cost management. • Enhance transparency and accountability across all levels of operation. 3. System Architecture and Data Sources The dashboard will integrate multiple real-time data inputs as follows: 3.1 IoT Integration • Automatic Tank Gauges (ATG) – level, temperature, and water detection. • Fuel issuance controllers – dispensing volumes, user/vehicle identification, timestamps. • Flow meters – calibrated pulse transducer data for transfer and consumption tracking. • Genset monitoring – runtime, fuel burn rate, and service interval scheduling. 3.2 OEM Server Connectivity Data will be securely exchanged via API integration with OEM servers such as SmartFill, Akot PD 350, ST500, Technoton, Teltonika, Omnicomm, MIX, and 3D Tracking. Data refresh rates will default to 60 seconds, with redundancy protocols ensuring reliability and continuity. 4.
